Starting the process to accept insurance payments for your clients can be a predictably unpredictable process. A good friend calls me "The Insurance Whisperer" and I've come to believe it is true.
A flat fee of $300 per insurance credentialing application includes a review of your CAQH, and the submission of your application with all the required documents.
Consistent follow-up is done to manage any insurance bureaucracy. You will receive emailed updates when changes occur to your application.
Your credentialing is ultimately decided by insurance companies, but every effort is made to get you a contract.
Insurance applications include various state based BCBS plans, and national insurance networks, such as Tricare, United Health Care/Optum, Aetna, and Cigna.
Specific to MD Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Johns Hopkins EHP/USFHP/Medicare Advantage. Other insurances can be discussed on a case by case basis. Examples are PA Quest, or ComPsych or Lyra.
We do not submit MD Medicaid or Medicare applications.
