- Resolving denied claims through resubmission or contact with insurance company
- Setting up automation available through SimplePractice, ie autopayment of credit cards for example
- Correcting invoices, superbills, or insurance payment entries
- Contacting practice clients about credit cards, required demographic information or insurance problems
- Setting up EFT (electronic funds transfer) with insurances
- Processing of virtual credit cards from insurances
- Changing professional addresses
- Credentialing or recredentialing with insurances
- Keeping your CAQH up to date
- Hand entry of insurance payments when ERA (electronic remittance advise) not available
- Management of self-pay clients, including GFE (good faith estimate)

I charge an hourly rate, billed in 5 minute increments, with a 2 hour monthly minimum required for practitioners who accept in network insurance. On the first of each month an itemized invoice is sent via QuickBooks for online payment via bank draft or Zelle.
