Insurance Consultations

J Strongwood Services offers this type of consultation for providers who are not regular clients of our business.

This service usually regards chronic insurance problems that a practitioner requests assistance in resolving. Other topics may also be discussed such as practice design, consideration of additional insurances, or expansion of practice services. The guidelines of the consultation will be decided between Jen and the prospective provider. 

Resolve of billing issues includes access to a fax or shared google folder for submission of related documentation, a review of documentation, phone calls to insurance as needed, and phone or face-to face meeting(s) with practitioner to discuss solutions. Along with a contract there will be a BAA (business associate agreement) signed by both parties for HIPAA compliance.
