Consultation

J Strongwood Services offers consultation with providers who are not regular clients of our business.

These consultations are usually regarding chronic insurance problems, but other topics can be discussed such as practice design, consideration of additional insurances, or expansion of practice services. 

This service includes a review of documentation, phone calls to insurance as needed, and a face-to face meeting(s) to discuss solutions.

The fee for service is $125 an hour, billable in 5 minute increments. 

Included in this service is:

• HIPAA compliance with BAA (business associate agreement) 

• Access to fax or shared google folder for submission of related documentation 

• Phone or Google meeting with Jen to discuss issues, and to review findings
