- Claim submission for all insurances including Commercial plans, EAP, Medicaid and Medicare
- Resolving denied claims through resubmission or contact with insurance company
- Setting up automation available through SimplePractice, ie autopayment of credit cards for example
- Correcting invoices, superbills, or insurance payment entries
- Contacting practice clients about credit cards, required demographic information or insurance problems
- Setting up EFT (electronic funds transfer) with insurances
- Processing of virtual credit cards from insurances
- Changing professional addresses
- Credentialing or recredentialing with insurances
- Keeping your CAQH up to date
- Hand entry of insurance payments when ERA (electronic remittance advise) not available
- Management of self-pay clients, including GFE (good faith estimate)

Cost of services is $111 an hour (with a 2 hour monthly minimum required) for practitioners who accept insurance. On the first of each month an itemized invoice is sent via QuickBooks for online payment via bank draft or Zelle.
