J Strongwood Services only works with practitioners who use SimplePractice ®, but not all our clients bill insurance. My services include training and support through the process of setting up for, or transitioning into, a self-pay only practice.
The services we offer for self-pay only practices can include, but are not limited to:
Insurance eligibility and benefits verification for out of network insurances, when available
Setting up automation available through SimplePractice, i.e. autopayment of credit cards for example
Automated or monthly billing to include creation of invoices and superbills.
Charging of credit cards or hand entry of other forms of payment, for example Zelle or check.
Creating annual GFEs (good faith estimates) and sending to clients
Contacting practice clients about credit cards, required demographic information, and answering their questions
Changing professional addresses
Some clients enjoy keeping a few administrative jobs for themselves. I assist practitioners to find an administrative workload that is comfortable for them, while not duplicating efforts.

Cost of services is $111 an hour (with a 1 hour monthly minimum required) On the first of each month an itemized invoice is sent via QuickBooks for online payment via bank draft or Zelle.
